1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2Account Eligibility and Registration

• Being an individual who is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not included on any list of individuals restricted or prohibited from using online gambling platforms.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
• Register only one (1) account — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and valid payment information. huc99 conducts a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all members before the first withdrawal is processed.

HUC99 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of any terms in this document.

3Account Security & Player Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. This includes ensuring that passwords are kept secure and not shared with any other party.

HUC99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform. Even so, you should take the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
• Do not log in using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify huc99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

HUC99 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Any activity that occurs within your account will be considered your own action unless you have reported an account compromise to us before that activity took place.

4Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

HUC99 accepts a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit Policy:

5Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

General Bonus Terms:

• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only upon their first registration.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• HUC99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or system manipulation.

HUC99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all rewards and closure of the accounts involved.

6Game Rules & Conduct

HUC99 provides a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, players are required to comply with the following rules:

• Play fairly and do not use any software, bots, or automated tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Do not harass, threaten, or demean other players or huc99 staff.
• Do not exploit any technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the huc99 system. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team immediately.
• Do not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live table games.

All game outcomes at huc99 are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by third-party audit bodies. For Live Casino games, real dealers operate all equipment in a monitored studio environment. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of confirmed technical disruption.

7Platform Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HUC99 platform and may result in account closure and fund freezing:

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Registering more than one account using the same or different name, email address, or payment details.
• Using a false identity or another person's information during registration.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any other method to manipulate games.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in any way.
• Filing unauthorized chargebacks through a payment provider.
• Sharing or transferring funds between member accounts without HUC99's authorisation.

8Account Closure & Suspension

HUC99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• Member found to be in breach of any terms outlined in this document.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other suspected illegal activity is detected.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
• Member initiates an illegitimate chargeback against a valid transaction.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the HUC99 support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned to the original payment method once all required verification checks have been completed.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, HUC99 reserves the right to freeze all associated funds pending the outcome of an investigation. If a violation is confirmed, HUC99 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in that account.

9HUC99 Liability Limits

HUC99 strives to provide an uninterrupted platform at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, HUC99 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, system outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by the player.
• Actions by third parties, including game providers or payment providers, that are beyond huc99's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Huc99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

HUC99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

For significant amendments, HUC99 will notify members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in situations where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the huc99 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established rules.
